The Challenge
Propsuite initially started as a custom internal system for a real estate development company struggling with scattered spreadsheets, disconnected records, and inefficient project tracking workflows.
As the platform evolved, it became clear that the same operational problems existed across the entire industry. Most small and mid-sized developers lacked a centralized system to manage projects, unit sales, expenses, bookings, and financial visibility in one place.

Using Next.js with Supabase and PostgreSQL, I developed a modular platform that manages project lifecycles, unit inventory, revenue streams, expenses, and operational activities through role-based dashboards.
